Helpdesk Support

Maxer Host offer 24/7 assistance via our support desk. You can submit a ticket via your Client Area (https://my.maxer.com/submitticket.php). Our team are here rain or shine, day or night. We respond to the majority of support tickets within a few hours. Many tickets are responded to in 10-20 minutes when we can. It may take longer if it's a complicated support problem or if we're exceptionally busy.

Phone Support

Phone support is available for sales & billing enquiries, and to discuss existing support tickets or basic set up questions. You must have a ticket number to reference when you call the support team so we can ensure we give you the best support! For all issues, big or small, we prefer clients submit a ticket so we can get you the quickest response, from the most qualified person, with links and detailed instructions when appropriate.
